{"id":363,"date":"2009-07-03T21:54:56","date_gmt":"2009-07-04T04:54:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recipes.cuppylicious.net\/?p=363"},"modified":"2011-08-29T01:04:37","modified_gmt":"2011-08-29T08:04:37","slug":"frying-pan-casserole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/recipes.cuppylicious.net\/?p=363","title":{"rendered":"Frying Pan Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Total time:\u00a0 Approximately 25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 pound ground beef (optional)<br \/>\n4 cups cooked rice<br \/>\n2 cups broccoli florets and\/or parts<br \/>\n1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup<br \/>\n1 cup of milk<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups shredded or 1 cup coarsely chopped cheese<br \/>\n2 Tbsp finely chopped onion<br \/>\n2 tsp minced garlic (or 1\/2 tsp garlic powder)<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\nRitz crackers (optional)<\/p>\n<p>Brown hamburger, garlic, and onions in a large skillet on medium heat. Add soup and milk, stirring constantly. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add broccoli and cook on medium 3-5 minutes or until soup begins to boil. Add rice and stir stir stir.<\/p>\n<p>Top with crushed Ritz crackers and cheese before serving.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>This filled up my frying pan and served three. Hooray for one-dish meals! Try it with any meat or no meat at all.
