Add egg, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Add flour and baking soda, mix lightly until just incorporated. Add oats and mix lightly to incorporate. Fold in raisins gently.<\/p>\n<p>Spoon out dough by large tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets, leaving at least 2 inches between each cookie.<\/p>\n<p>Bake until cookie edges turn golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
