This works well as a marinade or sauce, grilled or stir fried or any way you like.<\/p>\n<p>3 Tbsp peanut oil<br \/>\n3 Tbsp orange juice<br \/>\n3 Tbsp lime juice<br \/>\n2 Tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n2 Tbsp spicy vinegar<br \/>\n1 Tbsp ginger root, minced or grated<br \/>\n1 Tbsp brown sugar<br \/>\n1 Tbsp sambal oelek<br \/>\n1 clove of garlic, minced<\/p>\n<p>optional ingredients:<br \/>\n1 pound meat, your choice, finely sliced<br \/>\n1 medium onion, finely sliced<br \/>\n1 carrot, sliced<br \/>\n1 can baby corn<br \/>\n1 cup broccoli florets and\/or pieces<br \/>\n1 can water chestnuts<br \/>\n1 bell pepper, chopped<\/p>\n<p>Heat a large frying pan or wok on medium-high to high heat. Add peanut oil, swirl. Stir fry your onions for 3 minutes, then add meat, garlic, ginger, and lime juice. Continue to stir fry until meat is desired doneness (3-7 minutes). Add remaining ingredients and stir fry for 3 more minutes or until vegetables reach desired doneness.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with rice or noodles!<\/p>\n<p>Shown here with carrots, sliced water chestnuts, baby corn, and spinach.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I like to marinade my meat and onions in the sauce for 4-6 hours before cooking.
