Hearty stew with lots of meat and vegetables; Brunswick Stew is whatever you have on hand. Lightly seasoned curried potatoes in a wrapper, fried in a pan. Sausage, eggs, potatoes and biscuit all in one. Swiss-German potato cake, with your choice of filling. Basic, no frills, scalloped potatoes. Takes about 3 hours. A vegan mix of chickpeas and vegetables used as dosa or samosa filling. |
