Total time: 10 minutes, plus waffle cook time.
2 cups Baking Mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1 egg, room temperature
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Mix together, batter will be and should be somewhat lumpy still.
Spoon 1/3 c – 1/2 c of batter onto waffle iron. Makes about six 6-inch waffles.
